Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and related advisory sessions offered by Meadow Seasonal Finance Co., Ltd. after you receive a written fee quote or invoice. It does not apply to free introductory calls unless a deposit is explicitly requested.

Cancellations by you

• More than 5 business days before a scheduled paid session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or rescheduling at no charge (proposed — pending confirmation).
• Within 5 business days: up to 50% of the quoted session fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed).
• No-show without notice: fee may be retained in full for that session slot (proposed).

Cancellations by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected session or an alternative date you accept.

After work has started

If a multi-session engagement has begun, refunds apply only to future unused sessions. Deliverables already provided (written cash-flow calendars, scenario models) are non-refundable once shared, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law.

Deposits

Deposits holding calendar slots are applied to the final invoice or refunded according to the cancellation windows above.

How to request a refund

Email info@portalmeadowpath.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 10 business days (proposed). Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible within 14 business days (proposed).

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (travel booked for on-site visits, government filing fees) are reimbursed only if unused and recoverable.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights you may have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act for unfair contract terms.
